Henning von Issendorff
Chief Executive Officer
Prior to founding and setting up Tungsten Capital Management GmbH, Henning was a Partner of Ferox Capital Management Limited, London, and was, besides other duties across the firm, responsible for its German operations. The German branch, which Henning established and ran, was mainly dedicated to the management of European long/short equity strategies. The German branch office had portfolio management, trading and research functions. Prior to joining Ferox Capital Management, Henning spent twelve years at various investment banks (Lehman Brothers, JP Morgan, DRKW, Deutsche Bank), trading, structuring and selling emerging markets debt, convertible bonds and structured credit products. Henning’s style is to use derivative overlays to enhance the risk / reward of the investment portfolio. He holds degrees in European Business Studies from the ICADE, Madrid, and the European School of Business, Reutlingen.
Lutz Klaus, CFA
Chief Investment Officer
Lutz Klaus is joining Tungsten as Partner and Executive Director coming from Mayfair Asset Management, the well renowned family office of the Herz family (“Tchibo”). He started his career in the Asset Management department of cologne-based private bank Sal. Oppenheim subsequently leaving for the multi-billion Euro Degussa Pension Fund where he became CIO. During his tenure the fund successfully avoided most pitfalls of the recent financial crisis leading to several Awards from “Portfolio Institutionell.” His investment style is a combination of modern portfolio construction theory paired with derivative overlay strategies. Lutz Klaus holds a degree as “Diplom Ökonom” from the University of Giessen and is a CFA Charterholder.
Isabell Niesel
Chief Operating Officer
Isabell Niesel trained as a management assistant and then studied business management at Mittweida University of Applied Sciences. Subsequently, she gained experience in e-commerce and marketing in various companies. Before joining Tungsten Capital Management, she worked as deputy managing director of a family-run company and was responsible for administrative tasks, finance and human resources.

Andjelka Cule
Execution Trader
Prior to joining Tungsten, Andjelka Cule worked during 1996 until 2009 as a security, cash and currency trader at Delbrück, Bethmann, Maffei AG. As of 2010 Andjelka was responsible for the office management in a small family-owned company , which she built up and also managed. Andjelka joined Tungsten Capital Management GmbH in May 2015 as Assistant Portfolio Manager.
Jörg Fiebiger
Portfolio Manager
Jörg joined Tungsten Capital Management GmbH in May 2011 from Cominvest Asset Management, where he spent almost 10 years as head of buy-side equity trading. Prior to joining Cominvest Jörg worked as a portfolio manager for two years and also for two years on the buy-side trading desk of Allianz Global Investors. Before that he spent 8 years at various trading related positions within Dresdner Bank AG. Jörg holds a CEFA- Diploma. Jörg supports Tungsten’s Family Office clients.
Michael Günther
Portfolio Manager
Michael is one of the two fund managers of Tungsten TRYCON AI Global Markets. He is also a managing partner of TRYCON G.C.M. AG since 2002, where his responsibilities include the investment strategy of previously two funds (now merged into one) which were launched in 2007 and 2010 respectively, in cooperation with Hauck & Aufhaeuser Investment Gesellschaft S.A.. His primary focus besides portfolio management is the proprietary portfolio and risk management software, which was built entirely in Matlab. Michael graduated as a Media Engineer (FH).
Pablo Hess

Pablo Hess ist einer der zwei Fondsmanager des Tungsten TRYCON AI Global Markets. Sein Schwerpunkt ist neben dem Portfolio Management das Research und die (Weiter-)Entwicklung von Multi-Asset Handelsstrategien insbesondere für börsengelistete Derivate. Im Fokus stehen hierbei hochentwickelte quantitative Modelle. Aber auch Trendfolgemodelle oder Optionshandelsstrategien bilden einen weiteren Schwerpunkt. Pablo ist außerdem seit 2002 Vorstandsmitglied der TRYCON G.C.M. AG und war dort bereits seit 2007 bzw. 2010 für die Anlagestrategie der bei der Hauck & Aufhäuser Investment Gesellschaft S.A. aufgelegten Fonds verantwortlich.
Andreas Iske

Pablo is one of the two fund managers of Tungsten TRYCON AI Global Markets. He is also a managing partner of TRYCON G.C.M. AG since 2002, where his responsibilities include the investment strategy of previously two funds (now merged into one) which were launched in 2007 and 2010 respectively, in cooperation with Hauck & Aufhaeuser Investment Gesellschaft S.A.. His primary focus besides portfolio management is in research and development for multi asset trading strategies particularly for listed derivatives, with special emphasis on sophisticated quantitative models. Another important field of expertise are trend following models and options trading strategies. Pablo is a US Series 3 Trader und certified Eurex trader.
Jimin Qian

Jimin joined Tungsten Capital in August 2017 as a working student in Portfolio Management Team when he is still pursuing his Master’s degree at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. After he successfully completed his program, he started working full-time as a Quantitative Analyst in Tungsten. Before he came to Germany, he did his bachelor major in Internal Business at Nanjing Institute of Technology. Jimin also has some experience of Corporate Finance and Risk Management in his previous internships.
Felix Windte
Junior Portfolio Manager
Felix has been part of Tungsten since April 2025. After completing his bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering at TU Berlin, he studied business informatics at the University of Frankfurt. During his studies, Felix was able to gain experience in corporate finance and multi-asset management through internships and working student positions.

Diana Nguyen
Marketing
Diana Nguyen studied business administration at the University of Cologne. During her work at various advertising agencies in Bonn and Cologne, she has gained experience in sales , marketing , customer management and event management. Subsequently, she was in charge of logistics at the Boston Consulting Group.
Marko Schwieck
Portfolio Manager
Before joining Tungsten Capital Management, Marko Schwieck was co-responsible for fund sales at Vates Invest. Prior to that, he worked for Antecedo Asset Management in Bad Homburg, among others, where he managed sales for special and mutual funds. Marko began his career in 2006 as a trained banker at Städtische Sparkasse Offenbach and then in private banking at Commerzbank. He completed the Bachelor of Science study program part-time at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
Nicholas Bennett
Nicholas Bennett
Nicholas Bennett is a Senior Consultant at Tungsten TRYCON, supporting the strategic marketing and global distribution of the Tungsten TRYCON AI Global Markets Funds. He brings over 30 years of experience in investment banking and capital markets, including a 21-year career at Wells Fargo, where he served as Head of Markets for EMEA and CEO of Wells Fargo Securities Europe. He led global trading and sales teams in these roles, built cross-border client strategies, and delivered major regulatory and operational transformation initiatives. Nicholas advises asset managers and institutional investors on growth, governance, and strategic positioning in a rapidly evolving market landscape.
